Summary: Room small but comfortable. Shower soaked the bathroom floor and could not be adjusted to prevent. Room far too warm and never below 24oC - reported to reception who stated the smart system was now set to warm mode but could not be controlled to reduce within the room. Area around the hotel felt a little unsafe- witnessed a multi police arrest within yards of the hotel entrance and lots of drunks and beggars around the hotel at night on the surrounding streets

Summary: The staff were excellent and made my stay very pleasant. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. It would have been perfect if there were a bit more variety in the amenities and a refrigerator in the room. Still, I was very satisfied overall. Thank you for a great stay.

Summary: The staff were all very helpfull. The lobby had plenty of room to sit and work after breakfast was served. Te room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Everything I needed was only a short walk away.

Summary: Comfortable hotel near the Dom and restaurants with a gym. Air conditioning in the room didn't really do much especially for how warm it was. Comfortable bed and smart TV.
